Examination of reliability

Brest Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise is an Authority for Examination of Valuation Authenticity approved by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on February 10, 2011, No. 173 and offers the following services:

  • Examination of independent valuation authenticity (excluding intellectual property and business);
  • Examination of internal valuation authenticity (excluding intellectual property and business).

Results of the Examination of independent valuation authenticity is a Conclusion and Valuation Report. Results of the Examination of internal valuation authenticity is an Internal Valuation Certificate made up by a legal or private entity.

The Examination of internal valuation authenticity of the state-owned property, binding nature of which is established by the legislation, shall be performed before making the transaction and (or) other legally binding actions with the valuation object.
