Inclusion of industrial goods in the Eurasian register
Eurasian Register of Industrial Goods of the EAEU Member States- The assessment of production and technological operations in the production of goods in the performance of which the goods are considered to originate from Belarus
By Resolution No. 180 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 29, 2021, “On the Determination of Authorised Bodies of the Republic of Belarus,” the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was designated as the authorised organisation (in the Republic of Belarus) to interact with the Eurasian Economic Commission on matters of maintaining and forming the Eurasian Register of Industrial Goods.
The inclusion of Belarusian goods in the register will allow Belarusian manufacturers to freely participate in public procurement procedures in the territory of EAEU member states.
Inclusion in the register is carried out after the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has carried out an appropriate examination to confirm that the conditions, production and technological operations during the production of the goods are sufficient to classify the goods as Belarusian.
