Business visit to Saint Petersburg

On September 25-27, the delegation of Belarusian enterprises under the guidance of the Brest branch of the BelCCI visited St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The sales mission is dedicated to conducting the annual International Health Forum and covered spheres such as sanatorium recovery and treatment, medical technologies and equipment, and medical tourism.

In the course of familiarization with the exhibition exposition, the Belarusian participants held a number of useful meetings, including with companies in the production of innovative equipment for respiratory therapy and hypoxic training, for halo- and speleotherapy, inhalation physiotherapy, developers of the pulse diagnostic complex and plural.

Also, as part of the forum, a meeting of members of the Belarusian delegation with the leadership of the St. Petersburg Committee on Health, the St. Petersburg Medical Tourism Agency, with travel agencies interested in the implementation of vouchers to Belarusian health resorts was held.

A busy three-day program provided for a visit to a number of medical companies and centers, including the North-Western Center for Evidence Based Medicine -a modern medical cluster that provides a full cycle of medical care at the stages of diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention, as well as the largest modern ophthalmology center "Zrenie" and Family Enterprise “Elixir” that produces unique products for sanatoriums and spa based on amber.

The event was organised together with the Union “Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry”.
