Business visit of representatives of Belarusian enterprises to Kaliningrad

On April 26-29, a visit of Belarusian business circles to the Kaliningrad region took place, organised by the Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Kaliningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Belarusian delegation included representatives of OJSC “Brest Regional Base “Bakaleya”, OJSC “Sanatorium “Ruzhansky” and Group of Companies “Holding Managing Company “Belarusian Glass Company”. For the maximum effectiveness of the visit, an individual programme of stay was prepared for each of the Belarusian enterprises. Representatives of OJSC “Sanatorium “Ruzhansky” took part in the WEST HoReCa tourist forum on April 27, and in order to exchange experience, they were able to visit sanatorium and resort facilities on the Baltic coast, conduct bilateral negotiations on increasing the tourist flow for recovery in the Belarusian sanatorium. Visits to specialized enterprises of the Kaliningrad region with negotiations on cooperation were organised for OJSC “Brest Regional Base “Bakaleya”, interested in establishing new business contacts for the purchase of fresh-frozen fish, canned fish, dried fish and pasta. The head of the plate glass sales department of the “Belarusian Glass Company” holding visited enterprises of interest in the Kaliningrad region, held a series of fruitful negotiations with the management of furniture industry enterprises for the supply of plate glass to Kaliningrad. The final event of the visit of representatives of the Belarusian business to Kaliningrad was the exchange of contacts in the conference hall of the Kaliningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event was opened by F.F. Lapin, President of the Kaliningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Rudchenko D.A., Head of the branch of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Kaliningrad. The General Director of the Brest branch of the BelCCI, Labun V.B., delivered welcoming remarks online. After the presentation of multimedia presentations of Belarusian enterprises, B2B negotiations were held with potential partners in the Kaliningrad region.
