Business meeting between business circles of the Brest region of the Republic of Belarus and the Liaoning province of the People's Republic of China

On July 14, 2023, a meeting of business circles of the Brest region of the Republic of Belarus and business representatives of the Liaoning province of the People's Republic of China was held at the Brest branch of the BelCCI. The parties discussed the prospects for Belarusian-Chinese economic cooperation, possible ways of interaction. Representatives of CJSC “BNTP” and SI “Administration of FEZ “Brest” presented to Chinese partners export opportunities and investment proposals of their enterprises. From the side of the guests, their interests were represented by Ms. Wang Yuping, Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Trade Department, and Ms. Ding Yinan, Vice Mayor of the Tieling Municipal People's Government. Noting that Liaoning Province is historically part of the Silk Road and a developed industrial, scientific and commercial region, interested in building a long-term beneficial partnership with the Brest region. Moreover, within the framework of the cultural and business forum "Brest-Liaoning" - 2023 on the sidelines of the multifunctional centre of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, the General Director of the Brest branch of the BelCCI Valery Labun signed an online cooperation agreement with the Liaoning branch of the Chinese Committee for the Development of International Trade. This step will greatly intensify interaction with representatives of Chinese business, will contribute to the search for partners for companies and enterprises of the Brest region.
