Commercial and economic mission of business circles of the Republic of Belarus to the Irkutsk region

On December 6-7, within the framework of the official visit to the Irkutsk region of the delegation of business circles of the Republic of Belarus, headed by the Chairman of the Brest Executive Committee Yuri Shuleiko, the Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organised a commercial and economic mission of business representatives of the two countries. The delegation included heads of 25 Belarusian companies from the fields of agriculture, engineering, building materials, light, food and processing industries. On December 6, more than 70 companies from the two countries held B2B negotiations, and a number of companies in the light industry were able to do this online. Also, during a two-day stay in the Irkutsk region, Belarusian exporting enterprises, including representatives of the SCC in the Russian Federation, held meetings with the Government of the Irkutsk region, the leadership of relevant ministries, the mayor of Irkutsk, visited a number of enterprises and farms in accordance with their business interests. The business programme is jointly organised by the Union “Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Eastern Siberia” and the Brest Branch of the BelCCI.
