Intellectual Property Protection

As part of the voluntary depositing of the IPIs and the results of intellectual activity (RIA), a holder gets the opportunity to obtain a certifying document for the items arising from intellectual activity, for which the state registration is not provided.

Types of deposited items:

• items covered by copyright and related rights:
  - literary works,
  - scientific works,
  - playscripts,
  - musical works,
  - musical and voice performances,
  - пworks of architecture and urban planning,
  - works of gardening art,
  - works of painting, graphics, plastic art;
• computer software and databases;
• information on the possession of trade secrets (know-how);
  other results of intellectual activity (RIA):
  - concepts,
  - theories,
  - laws of the game
