The enterprise, which is likely to be considered the largest in the construction industry of Eastern Europe, Mogilev Silicate Products Plant offers the most comprehensive range of demanded products. According to the company, the Plant can provide anyone who wants to build a house with 90 percent of the necessary construction materials. 

The most sought-after product is cellular concrete blocks, which are highly popular in the countries of Eastern Europe and the CIS. The low cost, easy installation, ecological properties and reliable performance of this construction material ensure the year-to-year increase in its export potential. To put it in numbers, the Mogilev Plant produces 600,000 cubic meters of cellular and dense silicate concrete products and 100 million pieces of silicate bricks per year. According to marketing specialists, the Plant's products have been used to build over 78,000 apartments in multi-story buildings and over 146,000 individual houses. It's a kind of a small city!

Mogilev Silicate Products Plant focuses on meeting the full demand in the construction market through constant updating of the assortment of competitive products, the development of new technologies and ­materials, and ­reducing energy consumption in production. Certainly, external factors have affected the export ambitions of Mogilev Silicate Products Plant, but they have disrupted neither volume nor pace of growth. Last year, the company's products were presented not only in Russia, but in Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine and Poland as well. Despite the challenging economic environment at the beginning of 2022, the Plant managed to avoid a decline in production thanks to the skillful and consistent increase in output, efficient use of materials and energy resources and rational labor organization. These factors ensured the profitable operation of the enterprise. The effective export strategy of the Plant and its focus on consumer requirements and expectations enabled an increase in export shipments by over 4 million US dollars compared to 2021.

Both the production growth rates and investments in fixed capital have significantly exceeded previous levels.

Investments, particularly in equipment, traditionally occupy a prominent position in the Plant's business planning. Mogilev Silicate Products Plant is equipped with two modern, high-tech lines for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete, provided by Masa-Henke.

Silicate bricks are produced on hydraulic presses from Masa-Dorstener, MASA and Lasko.

The Plant boasts modern Italian ­packaging lines, ensuring the complete preser­vation of products during transportation and storage, which provides an additional advantage for export activity. The production of concrete and mortar mixes is carried out using new equipment from SIMEM, a global leader in construction equipment manufacturing, with electronic dosing of raw materials. Reinforced concrete products are manufactured on high-tech equipment from BFS Jumbo, utilizing vibration compaction technology with rigid concrete mixes.

Quality is another priority. The Plant has its own certified laboratory equipped with modern tools, ensuring ongoing product control. The enterprise's quality management system is ISO 9001-2015 certified; and the environmental management system has ISO 14001-2017 certificate.

As for the moments of fame, there have been plenty of them. The plant has repeatedly been a winner of various competitions, such as the "Best Products of the Republic of Belarus" and the "Best Products of the Republic of Belarus on the Russian market". The Plant has diplomas of the "Best Exporter 2011" and "Best Exporter 2012" contests in the category of "Construction and the Production of Building Materials". In 2021, the silicate brick produced by Mogilev Silicate Products Plant was awarded the winner's diploma by the expert council of the "Best Construction Product of the Year – 2021" national competition.

Years of experience, highly qualified specialists, modern equipment from leading European manufacturers, continuous technological improvement, compliance with European safety standards, high product quality and an impeccable reputation ensure a con­sistently high level of the Mogilev Silicate Products Plant's exports. Currently, the main export market is the Russian Federation, which accounted for 91.5 percent of the export structure in 2022.
